Getting Started

Getting started with the HX711 amplifier module is easy. Simply connect the load cell according to the following diagram and the guidelines below: 1. Connect the RED wire of the load cell to E of the hx711 modules. 2. Connect the BLACK wire of the load cell to E of the hx711 modules. 3. Connect the WHITE wire of the load cell to A of the hx711 modules. 4. Connect the GREEN wire of the load cell to A of the hx711 modules. 5. Connect GND of the hx711 module to the board GND and VCC to the board 5V pin. 6. Connect the DT and SCK of the hx711 modules to any digital IO pins of the board.

Tips and Tricks


Make sure to connect the load cell in a Wheatstone bridge configuration.
If you plan to use a Raspberry Pi, be aware that the chip sleeps after 60 microseconds. You will need to use a signal type command to disable interrupts.
